Whoa. Tom Van Den Bogaard does not mess about! This edit from the 040 BMX Park in Eindhoven in the Netherlands is packed full of properly impressive ramp riding. From the first clip you know this guy is a boss… Power, precision and style in every clip!
I remember seeing a Fox edit with a few clips of Tom Van Den Bogaard some years ago. In fact, Tom was sharing the stage with Greg Illingworth – no easy task. Tom’s style shone through, though, and I can’t have been the only one stoked on his choice of tricks. His 360 x-up cancans and one footed tables to lookbacks were Aitken-esque and showed that his influences were certainly credible.
Fast forward to 2018 and Tom is now sponsored by Bas Keep’s Tall Order brand, which makes sense as both entities are focused on transition shredding.

Tom shows us in this video that he basically owns the 040 BMX Park. He’s got all the lines you could imagine and does some wild tricks (like that x-up cancan flip, so dope – and how does he make a 360 downside triple whip look so good?) Tom also seems to push the limits of the place in almost every clip – raise the roof, seriously!
We can’t wait to see more from Tom this year… Here’s hoping we’ll be seeing him shred in person over the summer, and definitely at the Vans BMX Pro Cup in Malaga in September! Check out the World Tour dates HERE and get it booked up… It’s going to be one to remember.
