FRIDAY RANDOMS: Our Favourite VANS Edits.

Since we’ve been Hijacked by Vans for the week I thought it’d sick to take a look back at some of the best Vans BMX edits we’ve seen over the past year or so. Thinking back, every single edit has been a complete banger. I really can’t recall a ‘bad’ edit from this BMX family, my favourite of the bunch would have to be Ollie Shields‘ most recent welcome edit. He’s a good lad, we got on pretty well at Quartermaster and I thought he thoroughly deserved the hook up. Anyway… Keep scrolling for some more Vans goodness.

So yeah, thought I’d kick things off with the above mentioned Ollie Shields‘ banger edit. This one really impressed the socks off me, I knew he was good but damn man…

Pete Sawyer: Coasting From The East.

Pete Sawyer‘s ‘Coasting From The East’ edit was definitely up there with my favourite ever Vans edits. Purely because rides “slightly less conventional spots” in this and I love anything quirky and out of the ordinary. Pete has endless style and it’s always sick to see him killin’ it. Mike King does a hell of a job with the filming/editing too! (as always)

Matthias Dandois 2015.

Matthias Dandois is one of the most creative bike riders out there, when you team up his riding with a Vans edit you know it’s gonna be incredible. Technical street, flatland and everything in between in this one. Filming is on point and the riding has so much variety to is

Street Dogs en Chile.

One of the most epic videos from Vans to date in my opinion. This is the result of what happens when you unleash their team on the streets of Santiago, Chile. Some big names in this one such as; Dakota Roche, Ty Morrow, Bruno Hoffmann, Sean Sexton, Brian Kachinsky and Gary Young. Be prepared, you’re in for a good 6:25 of pure shredding!

Welcome to Pro 2015.

This 3-way split edit featuring TJ Ellis, Tyler Fernengel & Kevin Peraza was incredible when it first dropped around February last year and it still continues to blow my mind. Three well deserved spots on the Pro team I think, pretty sure you’ll agree with this decision too…

Bruno Hoffmann in New York and Berlin.

Watching Bruno Hoffmann shut down New York & Berlin in the same edit blew my mind when I first saw it. This guy has so much talent and is a well nice dude too, spent a bit of time having a smoke with him and his German mates back at the Reader Awards at House of Vans LDN, then we lost him in a club! Typical night out.

Dak Down Under.

Dakota Roche is one of my favourite riders. The dude is an absolute powerhouse who makes everything he does look too easy and stylish as hell… Always stoked when a new edit of his comes out and this one from back in 2014 still gets me pumped up for a riding session to this day!
