On Friday I got a call from Federal Bikes team manager Sebastian Keep. He told me that Ty Morrow was coming over and along with Dan Lacey, they would be going on a bit of a UK trip. Starting off in the capital of London and moving up to Sheffield via Derek Strickland and Dan Cox. Possibly up the the JDM Allstars competition in Newcastle at the weekend.
So yesterday afternoon I went to meet the boys near my house in Camden and set off on a ride around the city.
Lacey, Ty and Bas in my living room.
We left Camden and parked up the car near Old Street, we then set about riding around some of the larger building in the city. The security is pretty high in most of these places so it was rebel runs galore with Charlie Jobling setting up the tripod out of sight so Ty and Dan could get a couple of hits in each before getting busted.
Lacey – toothy hang with security in hot pusuit!
Nathan Beddows and Charlie Jobling.
Nathan Beddows and Charlie Jobling are both along for the ride. Beddows is shooting a Ty Morrow interview for the next issue of the magazine, and Charlie shooting for an upcoming Federal web edit, that will be edited in the traditional style by the famous Edd Allen.

Here are a couple of clips from my phone of riding around…
