NASS 2017: Greg Illingworth – 5 THINGS

Greg Illingworth goes faster and higher than most of the other dudes out there. A late arrival on the NASS rider list, it seems Greg is taking matters into his own hands to make sure he can ride this year…

The Course

“It looks sick as always. Looks like there are some good gaps but I don’t like to call anything out before seeing it in real life. Unfortunately I missed the cut off date to enter so I don’t think I’ll be riding anything but practice unless I can get a place when I arrive.

I’m mostly going to put on a wall ride contest that Nass and Mongoose asked me to do pretty recently. I hope I’ll get to ride the park and dirt.”

The Riders

“My money is on Peraza. Wildcard favourite would be Isaac Lesser. Gary Young is gonna do something mental and Ben Hennon is the loosest.”

The Partying

“I think it’s so wild because it’s loads of young people there experiencing partying for the first time or festivals for the first time. They’re all buzzing to get as wild as possible. To be honest, last year seemed more like kids running around trying to hug and kiss more than fight and riot. Maybe the drugs have changed.“
