Established in 2000, Demolition Parts has been making quality BMX freestyle parts for over a decade, which makes it one of the original names in the trade. Based in Santa Fe Springs, California, it now also offers a range of clothing, including short-sleeved and sleeveless T-shirts, many featuring the distinctive Demolition crossed-axe (or chisel) logo.
The guys behind Demolition started the company with a very simple game plan – to make high end BMX parts from riders for riders, and to have fun while doing it. There’s little doubt that they have made that dream a reality, and Demolition now offers just about every part for your BMX bike, including bars, brakes, cranks, forks, grips, hubs, pedals, pegs, posts, rims, seats, sprockets, stems, tyres and wheels.
Signature products include stems endorsed by Connor Lodes and Aaron Smith, as well as bars from Dennis Enarson, Ronnie Napolitan and Chris Doyle. Forks include Doyle’s ‘Maiden’, made from full 100% 4130 heat-treated cromoly, and there is also the Ryan ‘Biz’ Jordan ‘Rotator’ freecoaster wheel, featuring the double-walled ‘Zero’ rim laced to a ‘Rotator’ hub.
Besides the American stars, Demolition’s line-up includes international riders Jordan Aleppo and Michael Jordan from the UK, Dimos Ganiatsas from Greece, Tomas Kudrnac from the Czech Republic and Aussies Will Gunn, Chris ‘Danger’ O’Donnell and Brendan Jones. Aleppo and Jordan appeared in the 2014 edition of ‘Tea and Biscuits’, Demolition’s second UK summer tour, along with Rob Wise, Kris Fox, and Drew Hosselton.
