Wistla now on Android.

Our friends at Wistla have just released the news that the App is now available for download on both Android and iPhone.

Already Wistla has helped connect the BMX community together by supporting our Reader Awards at the end of last year and also sending out Wistls to enable people to join the Ride UK free sessions at Bay66. If you’ve not joined a Wistl yet, essentially the app is a brand new social activity App to shout out what you’re doing and invite your mates along. Whether you’re joining a riding jam, grabbing some beers, or want to tell your crew about a new spot, you can share it all on Wistla.

It’s pretty easy to use, both to create and discover Wistls, which are essentially shout-outs (or invitations) to events. Once they’re live, they become micro platforms for real time group sharing. If you follow mates or people that share interests, like Ride UK for instance, you’ll get notified every time they’re up to something, just like the Reader Awards and free Bay66 sessions or any other BMX events we’ll be at.

Look out for a Wistl this week for the Tall Order jam in London happening this weekend and we’ll soon be posting news on Wistla updates, when you’ll be able to share images, video and live-stream content to your Wistls.
