ODI – the originators of the Lock-On Grip System – are releasing a very special Limited Edition version of their Ruffian BMX Lock-On grips in aid of the Stephen Murray Stay Strong cause.
A crash in June 2007, whilst attempting a double-flip, ended Stephen’s career as one of the top BMX’ers in the World. Stephen was paralyzed from the shoulders down due to crushed and shattered vertebrae.
The Stay Strong cause donates to the Stephen Murray Family Fund which helps pay Stephen’s Medical bills.
By purchasing these grips you are helping to support Stephen and his family on their road to recovery.
The Limited Edition grips are Black ODI Ruffian BMX grips with special Gold and Black etched clamps.
A Stay Strong sticker is included so you can slap it on your bike or helmet to show your support for Stephen.
Two sizes (lengths) will be available – 130mm and 143mm. They will be released in January 2010 and will be available from all good BMX stores.
