From Ride UK BMX Basics
The great thing about the double peg is that it requires very little strength to do it, there’s no hopping or jumping involved. The smoother you are, the easier this grind will be.
Tip: Use the left / right arrow keys

01
Approach the quarter with about the same amount of speed as you would to just pop out of the top.

02
Start carving your bike towards the lip of the ramp, increasing the carve as you get about halfway up the quarter. You’re not going to air or leave the ramp, so all that speed you’ve got needs to be maintained in the carve you’re doing.

03
As the front end comes up to the top of the ramp, start turning and leaning the bike in towards the coping.

04
Keep your carve smooth and as the bike levels out, aim the pegs toward the coping. You shouldn’t need to do much more than just angle the bike in towards the deck, as you can see in the photo.
