A DIY gem in the midlands. Tom Forster explains the spot:
“We started in June 2017 by realising there was a rail beneath all the plant life where the stairs are, so we spent like 3 hours clearing it just to grind the rail and went from there.
It’s actually an old golf club with driving range. The whole site is where the club house used to be, and in the process of building trails we uncovered a few hundred golf balls.

When you used the range, you were separated from other players by green rails fixed into ground, those feature heavily.
The whole place was burnt down for attempted insurance job that failed and the grounds are said to be locked in to being for leisure only for 100 years, but planning is always active and they’ll pull something off sooner or later, it has planning for a holiday chalet resort at the mo after housing estates have failed twice.”
