BIKE CHECK: Louis Otto

Louis Otto keeps impressing me.  He’s clearly got that fire for making things happen, pushing himself, being surrounded by likeminded people, being positive, making progress.  We’ve seen this in his riding in the past couple of years, after being picked up by Subrosa / Shadow via Seventies, filming web parts for them, starting his own clothing brand with friends, going on filming trips with them, he just seems to be always on it.

Oh, and right now, he’s on a mega jaunt around Europe.  I asked him how it’s going, he said,

“Yooooo dude!! Having the best time of my life so far! Completely different world to me!”

Positive stuff.  Here’s the bike he’s riding at the moment.

Q&A with Louis Otto

– Tell us about this bike. What are you most stoked on?

I’m stoked on the whole thing, always sorting me out with a solid bike. Massive fan of the frame graphics and the short back end makes it perfect.

– Is it all fresh or are there some older bits on here?

All fresh except the seat because I was a big fan of the graphics and it lasts a long time.

– How old is this bike now?

The whole bike’s about 2 months old now, still a solid build.

– Where have you been riding on it so far?

So far… Been to a lot of London, Paris, Dusseldorf and Cologne on the bike, and I’m in Barca with it now!

– What’s been your fav spot to ride on this bike?

This bike’s been killing it off some big drops so far, holding up solid, but still perfect for a lot of transition, I’ve been loving riding the transition street spots in Dusseldorf.

– Where else are you going on your trip?

I’m off to Barcelona for a month, then couple weeks in Valencia, week in Lisbon, then hoping to finish back in France for some other cities.

– Any shoutouts?

Major shoutout to Shadow and Subrosa giving me the best parts, all coming from the hands of Seventies, keeping me riding.
