Mile End is more of a street-orientated park, with ledges, boobs and a flatbank hip forming a kind of circuit. There are many different kinds of ledges and little rails, a mini-bowl to banked ledge, some tranny bumps and this tight bowl. It’s pretty much a kidney bowl with a pretty good hip but a big difference in depth and steepness between the shallow and deep ends. The deep end is pretty tight and the best part to hit is very narrow, which makes for some pretty interesting lines… Takes a bit of getting used to but it’s a good laugh when you learn to trust it.
The ledges offer some interesting options but this park gets extremely busy with skaters, so an early session is often the way to go.
