Nottinghamshire has an abundance of decent skateparks. Lady Bay skatepark has been a fairly recent addition to the area, so we had a look!
It is a plaza style set up with a simple bowled out half pipe at the end. The quarters are about 4.5ft tall with a stepped up side closer to 6ft. The street section is quite basic but good fun, having the essential ledges, banks and rails. It’s relatively slippery, however this is improving every year since it opened two years ago.
Lady Bay skatepark a short drive away from a few other decent parks so if you hit a couple in a session then it makes for a great day’s riding.
