Nico Badet is a pegless street rider with a really creative eye. His riding combines original lines, high skills with pegless grinds. Nico’s style never ceases to renew itself and surprises us with every new project or video he puts out.
The french rider is on the road all year long and for the second year in a row, he comes to spend the winter here in Barcelona – a good chance to have a closer look at Nico Badet’s bike.
– Howʼs the bike feeling? How long you been on this one?
“I ride this bike since couple months ago and we are hyped to share so many good times together already!”
– How do you personally like it set up?
“I like my bars a lil bit nosedive. And I hate the longest grip on which you can put two hands… On one grip!”
– Any recent changes to the steed?
“I recently changed the sprocket, it’s a new full guard plus new disaster guard!”
– Whatʼs the best thing about it?
“Probably the sprockets lol and pedals.”
– Any special mods?
“A steel plate on each pedal.”
– What have you been doing on this bike since building it? Where has it taken you?
“I continue to film my part for MArieJADE DVD ‘NO FUTURE’
But also weʼre visiting all my friends in Europe. It comes with me everywhere just in case or maybe coz I canʼt live without it.”
– Whatʼs coming up next for you?
“New projects with Vans, Fitbikeco and probably with my other partners. And the famous TRIP APACHE“
