Riders these days seem far more bothered by their modes of transport than back in the days when I started. We used to travel in any old vehicle, as long as it got us from A to B, which would inevitably be from hometown to various skateparks across the country, and this, from a time where skateparks, both indoors and out, were few and far between. So really, we should’ve been more bothered by traveling in style or at least something reliable.  There’s something that has to be said about the good old roadtrip workhorse though, those waggons that just go and go and need little fuelling other than the obligatory Gregs stop.
