Position: Customer Service / Sales Advisor

Location: Wigan

Salary: £15,000 p/a starting

We are looking for someone to join our Customer Services / Sales department and benefit from being part of an ambitious & successful team.

A successful candidate would have a passion for BMX and an genuine understanding of, and connection with the BMX community.

You would be expected to be able to deal with a high volume of inbound telephone calls and emails of a varied nature, from beginners needing guidance to more experienced riders needing expert advice. As such, great communication & computer skills would be essential as well as the ability to provide consistently superb service and remain sales focused in a busy environment. Weekend availability is required on a rota basis. Starting salary listed, however is progression possible.
