HO HO HO: A BM-Xmas

We’ve picked a few Christmas, wintery moments to get you in the mood for a good old BM-Xmas. This could be a time where you get the bike you’ve always wanted, or a little cash for some new parts or just simply some time off to ride and be merry. A few of these show different companies and riders over the years, getting in the spirit of things, let us know if you do the same. If it snows this season, make a snow bike. If it stays dry, get out and ride. If you get a hoverboard, get it on ebay and buy a BMX. Merry Christmas.

Jason Phelan is scared of nothing, he’ll give anything a try. In this, he visits the French Alps to try snow biking, and of course he smashes it. This looks like A LOT of fun and he kind of makes it look easy. It’s definitely closer to a BMX than a scooter for sure, so no scooter guilt.

James ‘Bruza’ Ivett shows you how to make your own if the snow falls. Looks easy enough, Bruza getting the bars round whilst dodging the snow snakes.

If that’s not thing and you want to keep your wheels on, then maybe snow-tyres could be your answer. Nathan Beddows and Bengo gave it a go.

Mike ‘Jersey’ Taylor doesn’t let the worst snowfall in 30 years stop him. Over to pegs in the snow to earn himself his first Ride UK cover issue 137 2010.

A 4Down Christmas special from a while back. At home with Fathead. Always amazes me just how much pop Fathead has, one of the biggest hops in the business.

A classic brought to you from Alone BMX. They know how to market their goods, sex sells. There’s a Christmas I’d buy into.

A Christmas tree made of bikes. Sure, why not. We make one every time we head to the pub after a riding session.

Budget effects are the best.

A treacherous manual across a frozen lake in St James park London. Jamie McKenzie tries his luck. Kids, don’t try this at home.

A classic from Seventies.

The oldschool riders take to London in the annual Santa Cruise for charity. Great work!

Paul Ryan gets in the spirit and does a wallride to whip, dressed as one of Santa’s helpers. Mongoose full of the festive cheer.

Finally, a classic from the Unit lads and a bit of dutch courage.
