DIY Jetpacks, Rockets on Bikes, BMX on Bonfire Night.

BMX and Fireworks go way back. Do they go hand in hand? Yes, we think they do.

Whether it’s firing them through a set of jumps, making a DIY jetpack, or giving a whole new meaning to the term ‘Rocket Manual’, fireworks are an interesting addition to a BMX session. Bike riding is already potentially dangerous so why not make it even more dangerous with fire and explosions? Exactly – it’s a great idea.

A true madman with a hint of genius. We’re not sure if the fireworks actually propelled him forwards at all, but it certainly looked pretty cool. Especially when he was actually on fire.

Quite simply one of the coolest videos we’ve seen all year. Remy Archer and this crew look like they have a better time than everyone else! Around the 5 min mark in this video, all hell breaks loose with flares, fireworks on helmets, nicely aimed rockets through the trails, all kinds of incredible carnage – it’s like a special effects workshop. Very, very awesome.
