United
Beacon
When you have the combination of United producing and Corey Martinez designing a
frame there’s only going to be one outcome, premier league quality. The Beacon is a complete redesign to his Trinity frame. Corey has overhauled pretty much everything. United have added a whole new tube set and a higher stand over height. Elevated stays are in action here too, this is so good for grind clearance and we know how dialled Corey is in the luc-e dept. Smaller drop outs that work more comfortably with pegs ensure a smoother ride when in grind mode. The little details make a difference too, with engraved lines in the head tube and BB and official Beacon logo stamped into the gussets. 100% seamless Japanese 4130 chromo with integrated everything and removable brake mounts. Love it.

Tempered Bikes
Treason
We keep getting sent quality produce from the guys at over at Tempered. This issue is by no means different, as here we have the Treason frame. A well-constructed frame with double-butted top and down tubes, seatstay removable brake mounts, CC machined dropouts with stamped logos, and a custom down tube gusset with embossed Treason swords. Also includes an externally machined seat tube, and a custom built in seat clamp. Everything a modern frame requires. The stand over height is a touch lower than modern standards, but all good for learning your whips to pedals! Also comes in Matt Black and Matt Burgandy.

Verde
Regent
This is a really simple and tidy frame from Verde. The Regent has to be one of the best value for money frames on the market. £224.99 for a full chromoly set up with 520 Reynolds down tube, investment cast head tube, top and down tube gussets, tapered seat stays and laser cut drop outs. All the usual mod cons as standard and as you’d expect from the guys at Verde, with an internal headset, mid BB, integrated seat clamp and removable brake mounts. It’s only available in Black, but they do come in 3 sizes, 20.5”, 20.75” and 21”. Excellent value.

United
The Voyage
We’re talking Geoff Slattery here and there’s no two ways about it, this guy needs a solid frame, it’s that simple. It was a no brainer for United to make that happen for Geoff, the guy kills it just pedalling to the shop. The Voyage is a straight to the point, no frills/gimmicks/fancy bits, just a good honest double diamond frame ready to be ridden at speed. 100% seamless Japanese 4130 chromo construction, top and down tube gussets, debossed down tube gusset logo, tapered stays, thicker tubing at key stress points throughout the frames construction, compact dropouts for perfect peg fit, with a heat treated head tube, BB and drop outs. Polished off with removable brake mounts. This thing is built to last, but constructed so well it weighs in at a tidy 4.9lbs.
