While working in the BMX industry I’ve heard kids say things like, “vert is boring, it’s dead” and other stupid things like that. Turn to page 1 of your BMX history books now kiddies… The likes of Jay Miron, DMC, Mat Hoffman, Dave Mirra, Simon Tabron, Dave Volker, Rick Moleterno are the heroes who paved the way of BMX for you youngsters to enjoy, so show some damn respect! haha.

Nah seriously though… These guys are the forefathers of BMX, and yeah maybe to the younger generation it’s a bit boring, maybe not enough flipwhip double bar decades. I dont know. I do know one thing though, vert certainly is not a lost art form and Vince Byron proves just that in this stunning new video.

Anyway… Sorry to go off on a rant, just these kids don’t know mannn!
