Junction4 Skatepark’s Ant Ramsey had a great idea that he put past me a few months ago. Sam Jones is heavily involved with Junction4 and Tom Justice is heavily involved with Asylum skatepark. So, Ant’s idea was to do a rider’s swap: one day Sam go to Asylum and the other Tom go to Junction4.

Tom and I set out to Junction4 for the Christmas jam and the turnout was great! There was a good mix, from younguns to some of the UK’s best.

Ant had a few little comps throughout the night. Kid’s bowl jam and the obstacle course were very popular. Sam Jones hang fived the whole thing and straight out of a half opened fire exit, class!

Best trick went down a treat as well. Ben Gordon, Tom Justice and Kieran Kragg all got some bangers down. Special shoutout to Bibby for snapping his wrist trying to 720 a bank. He took it like a champ as well.

J4 is a great little park with a great family feeling scene. They have bike night every Wednesday which always go off, so if you’re in the area I would strongly recommend getting involved.
