When I heard that Foundation BMX Shop was going to be putting on a jam at Boneyard Skatepark I was instantly excited. The scene up there is sick!
Boneyard has a vibe like no other skatepark, with its DIY feel and shoes dangling from the roof. With some heavy hitting riders in attendance, the jam got going pretty quickly. The lesser spotted hitching post came out as well. That got shut down within seconds. I was surprised at the take up on the hitching post as you never see them at parks any more. Mike Hullock, Owain Clegg and Hesky were the top boys.
After that we slowly moved around the park, obstacle by obstacle, seeing what people had to offer on it. The best trick being heckled over to collect their winnings by Cam Harrison.
Big shout out to Jack Hall and Foundation for putting on such a sick jam! See you at the next one.
