The cassette style internals make it possible to run as either a coaster or cassette by simply changing the driver paws and springs. This is by no means the first hub to offer both options, but it could be the most affordable at only £119.99.

Change from coaster to cassette is pretty easy if you’re comfortable in general coaster maintenance. You probably won’t be changing mode mid session, but if you’ve got time to spare, it’s a piece of cake. Check out this tutorial video for more info.
