So we’re on the road for the next week and a half with a selected few members of the European Nike 6.0 team. Representing the UK is Alex Kennedy, Germany has Bjorn Elvering, Italy; Stefan Lantschner and France (the greatest country according to Maxime) has Maxime Charveron.

We all flew in to Newark yesterday amid a crisis of broken planes and troublesome rental companies! We were supposed to land at 10pm but finally got to our hotel at close to six in the morning the day of the Nike Banksgiving Jam at Garret Reynolds house in Toms River, New Jersey. Due to lots of rain the whole event was shifted from Garretts soaking wet backyard into Scotty Cranmers local park, The Incline Club. The turnout was huge and Nike went all out, Catfish on the mic, Nike branded Animal plastic pedals and seats as giveaways! The crew was pretty beat from all the traveling and Stefan had a bad crash jumping into a capsule from the hip, he hit his face but is ok, a little sore this morning. Today we’re all going back to the skatepark to conquer lines that were not possible yesterday due to how many kids were riding, the weather is better today too, so after everybody wakes up from the party at Augie Simoncini’s house we might ride his ramps…
