It’s the first – well – second day myself and Beddows have been here in Tallinn, Estonia. So far so good, similar setup as last year, although the schedules have changed a bit and we missed the first part of practice. It’s not long until the highlights video will be going up, but in the meantime check out some snaps from the day.
First thing this morning, we headed to the supermarket to stock up on supplies. It’s always interesting shopping in different countries, because you never know what you can find.
I don’t know about your local supermarket, but I know the ASDA near me don’t have ostrich eggs on sale. I’ve lost count how many energy drink brands are out their now. But if your looking for even more kick than your average energy drink, “DYNAMI:T” has got 10% extra! There was some interesting types of bread too – all I wanted was a standard sized baguette. The closet I got was a ciabatta. I must say they had some really good publications on sale too!
We arrived at the event and the first thing to we wanted to see was the course. As you can see from the photo above the course has changed slightly from the original plans. Some mixed reviews from riders but I’m sure they will smash it in the up coming days.
Jon Taylor and Matty Lambert taking in the view.
Isaac Lesser is here!! (Walking up the sketchy stairs)
Ben Hennon, always on form!
Ryan Taylor likes a good interview.
I think it’s time for a riding shot.
Jason Phelan was on form again (not just on the street course), and this massive hip, transfer, flair into the vertwall, definitely got some heads turning…
