Well the finals was pretty much mental. Ben Wallace was incredible, as was Martyn Cooper, Dan Lacey and Jason Phelan. Quite a few riders who you don’t always see at the big comps came out of the woodwork.

Relentless Boardmasters started out ten years ago as a big surf comp that had a miniramp for BMXers to use, looking back over the weekend it seemed like the best BMX comp of this year! The location of Newquay, the amazing weather, the big cheering mainstream crowd all seemed to go together well. Next year I suppose it will be flooded with riders as anybody who didn’t spend this weekend in Newquay missed out a little bit…
