After three years in Berlin and a 2010 summer in the south of Portugal, VANS rebeljam is aiming back to locate in central Europe. A perfect spot was found with an amazing bmx community behind it. Eindhoven in Holland. The area of Eindhoven has some Bmx history in the bags already and the community today is still very eager to push the sport and create a platform Bmx deserves.
VANS rebeljam will take place in Eindhoven to support Bmx in Holland and to push for the first bike indoor facilty after the event. All ramps of the rebeljam will stay in Eindhoven and will be a good start-up for the planned indoor park.
150+ pro riders from all over the planet will visit Eindhoven for a pre-xmas gathering in early December and let the year pass by with some great riding and partying.
Going indoors is not the only thing VANS rebeljam is doing a first time – with Flatland it has added another great Bmx discipline to the program.
Judged by the unique VANS rebeljam format with jam formats and awards in Hard Trick, Style and Creativity, all pro riders can compete in Park, Street and Flatland in the 2011 event.
A pro purse of 20.000 €EUR is up for grabs and will create some outstanding riding in all categories.
