This tasty looking hub by Vocal BMX landed in our office over the weekend and it looks like a great piece of kit. The Hitchhiker is a switchable Freecoaster & Cassette Hub. It works as a normal cassette with the spring kit provided, or you can use it as a freecoaster if you wish. It features a chromoly male axle with a thicker wall than normal, 17mm cromo axle nuts and comes in RHD in 9t only. When you unbox this beauty it comes already set up as a freecoaster with retractable pawls but it’s easy enough to switch it to a cassette. Basically two hubs for the price of one, tidy!
