This August, riders from five shops were given the chance to ride one of most sought after riding spots in Europe if not the World.

Following the Nike 6.0 Tunnel Jam in October last year the decision was made to give those who may have seen the Tunnel or knew a friend who had been there, the opportunity to see it and ride it for themselves. Tunnel Vision.

Although regularly ridden by the local crews, those in the know and the lucky few who find it by chance, not everyone has been lucky enough to session the Tunnel. Removing the element of chance and doing their bit to reduce the numbers of the unlucky who hadn’t ridden the Tunnel, Nike 6.0 picked up, dropped off and opened up the Tunnel doors for 5 Sundays as 5 shops from the South of England descended upon an undisclosed location 150ft underground in Hampshire.

Pijin, RAD BMX, Crucial BMX, Hard Core Hobbies and The Source managed to assemble 15 of their local and shop riders who would surely make use of fully laid on opportunity. Although originally intended for and catering adequately to the big names such as Dennis Ennarson and Van Homan at its unveiling last year, the shop crews certainly got their fill.
