Our thoughts go out to Ben Hennon, who is currently laid up in bed with a ruptured kidney and some internal bleeding after taking a particularly nasty slam.

Ben has been told to rest and stay off the bike for the next 3 months. Everyone here hopes he has a speedy recovery. Stay strong Ben.
