Big news for UK BMX – Backyard Jam is back!

“In 2019 we’ll be hosting an amateur qualifying series for Park & Street spread across the UK.

The series will culminate in December at Adrenaline Alley (CORBY) with a Pro contest & the amateur finals.”

This is hugely exciting, we can’t wait to see it all happening.  We all know how pivotal the original Backyard Jams were for the UK and global BMX scenes, as celebrations of BMX culture and arenas for the most progressive riding in the world.  Big names, unknowns, up-and-comers, all in the mix, all sending it and making each event memorable.  Legendary stories.

The dates are locked in and we’re stoked to release the plan for this year’s Backyard Jam & Am Series.

“Each stop will include categories for Under 11’s Park, Under 15’s Park, Over 15 Park (women), over 15’s Park (men) and over 15’s Street. 

The series will culminate in a Pro contest & the amateur finals!”
