Josh Diehl A.K.A ‘Sponge’ rides for 691 BMX and is certainly a talented bloke when it comes to riding BMX. It seems like he has quite a unique way of looking at things, it’s always fun to watch people trying new, different & even weird things on their bikes. A few things on this video that made me hit rewind, one of them was the back wheel jam barspin which was totally crackers! This is the first edit of Sponge in around 5 years and it’s well worth the wait.
