Loving this edit from the Elephant Distribution crew. Superman for Hotdogs is a blast from the past with a good honest jump box session followed by hot grub. Here’s what Steve said, and we couldn’t put it better ourselves;
“Just thought we’d send you over this edit of a sweet leg and belly aching day we had here at Elephant HQ recently – we spotted a single nice-day window in what’s been wall-to-wall rain over the last few weeks and decided to get some people together and get some legs moving to burn off all the Xmas turkey. We built a box jump right outside our front door and purposely didn’t make a roll-in to maximise the calories burned. The original premise for the day was ‘Supermans for Hotdogs’ – stretch out a Doyle style Clark Kent alter-ego and get rewarded with a juicy dog. But it soon became apparent that not many people do them thesedays as the pile of sausages wasn’t going down very fast at all – so we slackened off the rules and it turned into the much more friendly ‘Jump The Box for Hotdogs’ deal. Thinking back on it now, if we really wanted to shift some Christmas weight then offering hotdogs as an incentive to jump the box may have been counter productive, but what the hell. . .”
