Over in Bristol, Mike Suttle has been gradually killing it more and more and more over the past few years, which is something we’ve very much enjoyed watching!
With all this move-making as a long established member of the Crucial Gang, working and riding for Crucial BMX Shop, Mike also earned a hookup with Stranger Co through Seventies Distribution. We recently had a chance to check out his current rig, so here we are.

– Tell us about this bike. What are you most stoked on?
It may look a little battered but it rides pretty good! My frame has started flaking from my 10/10 paint job whilst self-isolating over lockdown haha.
I recently made the move to metal pegs and ditched the plastics for the first time aha!
– Is it all fresh or are there some older bits on here?
I’ve got a few new bits but to be honest all of my parts hold up so I don’t see any need keep replacing parts when it works! Solid M8

– How old is this bike now?
No idea, got some new parts a few weeks ago and I’ve had most parts for much longer.
– Where have you been riding on it so far?
Over the last year mainly Bristol, but I’ve been to Barcelona, London, Liverpool and a lot of places around the U.K.
– What’s been your fav spot to ride on this bike?
100% has to be the new Flat Rail down Curbside in Bristol! Big shout to the homies who are always building and putting in the grave yard shift.
– Any plans on where to ride next? Is there anywhere you’ve always wanted to go but haven’t yet?
I’ve been working on a new video recently so anywhere local to Bristol really, can’t wait for lockdown to be over so we can go abroad.
Too gassed to get back out to Barca at some point but the US is up there!
