Gnarly Street rider Nathan Williams is part of the line-up at British brand United, and is also sponsored by Eclat, Monster Energy, Etnies, Dan’s Comp and Cinema Wheel Company. Signature parts include the ‘Mothership’ frame for United, now in its third version, finished off with a new chrome finish and fresh graphics.

Nathan grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and got into riding by hanging out with the kids of his neighbourhood. He didn’t perform particularly well in his first competition, but made rapid progress after that, and has become famous for pushing the possibilities of modern street riding further than anyone has ever done before.

Full of smooth style and determination, his awesome skills can be seen in a number of great video releases, including United’s Nora Cup-winning ‘This Is United’ from 2010 – standout trick there was surely a ledge handicap hop to grind down the ledge, the first L hop set-up Nathan had ridden since the one he crashed and hit his face on a year previously. He also had one of the crazier sections in the Dan’s Comp video ‘Roll Call’, released in 2013.

Not a major competition rider, he did however compete in X Games Street in 2008, 2009 and 2010, with a best finish of fourth in 2009. He spent most of 2014 working on more video projects, including a short edit filmed on a United team trip to Arizona trip, in which he got in a session on the new United x Cinema complete.
