Ride to Glory kicked off today at the Works Skatepark in Leeds with much excitement.  After a relatively smooth distribution of challenge books, Verde absolutely dominated the height pole challenges, with Lima taking both the wallride and the volcano and Dave Thompson winning high air in the bowl.  Nike 6.0’s Simone Barraco ended up winning on the wedge, but that’s all part of Verde’s strategy to give the competition a false sense of hope.
