Day 3 on Grind To Glory…. The wet start sent us in the direction of Rampworx for a sweet private session with the Lotek boys again. While we waited for the sun to pop out Bengo demonstrated how to put your front peg to good use, leaving everyone somewhat dumbfounded.
After a bit of chillin back at the house we eventually made it to the windy streets of Liverpool. Olly did his best David Bellamy impersonation by rolling round in the bushes for a bit, before we hit the next spot which involved jumping a fence, where Olly did his second best David Bellamy impersonation by falling over the fence and rolling round in the bushes for a bit. All worth it though after he sent the banger of the day on a tight cobbled quarter. Have it son!
Upon retuning back to Phils for Pie and mash followed by jam sponge Mr Mittens attempted one of the ‘Unlikely’ challenges by attempting to catch a fish. He was unsuccessful.
Challenges completed today = 0.5
Mr Mittens being a team player and getting his paws wet
See that person on the floor, that’s Olly after he fell over the fence.
Insoles? Shinpads? Shinsoles!
