Scott Ditchburn, double kink to fish and chips ender!
Day 2
Started off day 2 in Newport and due to mother nature we had to decline Will’s offer of showing us some amazing outdoor spots. Instead we went on route to Hereford where are own HATE set in due to more bad weather. We spent 20 minutes drying out this pool after purchasing some of B&Q’s finest only to have the rain pee on our party. After finally getting the message we decided to head to Chester to the Boneyard skatepark for a private session thanks to Mike and Chris from Ramp it Up.
The Boneyard session was pretty good with new lines getting done by local resident Owain Clegg and not so local Niki Croft busting out gaps like it was 98.
Day 3
We hit up Owain’s ramp in Chester, this spot was tighter than Ditchburn’s wallet, check out Paul Ryan, guess what happened next… After tea and biscuits provided by the hostess with the mostest we dropped in for a quick visit and bike tweak at Ramp it Up, cheers again to Chris for letting us use his tools. Hollywell town got a good session on, banks to subs, schools and some hand rail from the 1900’s got shut down.
Later in the day we headed for the coast to hit up Rhyl, Owain and NIki got there over under thanks to some well positioned quickcrete. The ride back along the water’s edge was well good, pitch black, dodging stair well’s, sand pits and bomb diving bats.
Next up we’re heading north over the boarder towards the moors!
