EVENT: Cookie Jam 2025 Photo Gallery

They don't mess about down in Exeter

Yet again the OTG crew down in Exeter went above and beyond in the latest edition of the annual Cookie Jam. The amount of work the crew put in is unmatched. Take a look below at some photos that James Holmes was on hand to capture and the take a look at the OTG YouTube to watch back al the previous Jam videos HERE.

Some words from the crew…

James Holmes

“It’s honestly mad to see how much this jam has grown since 2009 and in recent years the planning and build has become as much a part of it as the wild tricks being thrown down on the Saturday. The whole of the Exeter scene comes together, takes multiple days off work and puts in an unbelievable shift to bring this all together. Shout out to everyone involved (especially Skinner), you should all be super proud – It’s just the best time with the best people!

Also blows my mind to see the next generation coming through, theres kids out here back-flipping out the bowl that are younger than Cookie Jam itself… And kids that I’m not even sure should be handling power tools getting involved in the build and tear down. Its safe to say this Jam is going to be around and thriving for years to come, so make sure you get yourself down here next year! RIP Brucey”

Tom Butland

“What a jam that was. Every year the level of building and riding steps up, but this year was off the scale! Over 250 pallets, thousands of screws and 4/5 days of long sweaty hours out in the heat. Honestly the best day of the year every year – wouldn’t miss it for the world. If you’ve never made the trip down for the jam before then you need to have a word with yourself because you’re sleeping on it big time!! Plans are already in motion for next year… hope to see you all there again. #ripbrucie”

Connor Danzelman

“Cookie Jam 2025 was bigger than ever in every aspect, bigger builds, bigger crowds and bigger tricks! The event grows every year and never fails to have a killer atmosphere and huge level of support.

Shout out to the rest of the guys on the build/teardown crew, it’s hard work but so worth it! – Roll on next year”

Jamie Skinner

“Exeter has always had such a great scene and this year was even more proof of that.

Everyone involved worked so hard to make this years the best one yet. The level of riding was insane and it’s great to see the younger riders progressing so quickly.

I’m stoked that this event has raised so much money for Hospiscare and is continuing to grow. See you in 2026.”

Phill Preston

“This year has been the hottest one yet! Seeing the event grow year on year is amazing, with this the biggest yet! The whole build crew pulling it out of the bag and creating the sickest ramps. It’s great to see everyone come together for such a great cause and seeing people you’ve not seen in ages. All in memory of Brucie! Big ups to skinner and everyone involved! Roll on next year!”

Josh Kew

“Weeks of planning, organising and preparing. The Locals of Exeter get together and know how to put on a jam.. not just any though, but one to remember a true friend, Jamie Bruce.

Acquiring wood, pallets, coping and this year a car along with anything we can get our hands on to build ramps at the local park, flowerpot or pots as it’s locally known.

Sweat blood and pure graft unites the scene firmly. Bringing old heads out the woodwork and also giving enrichment to the younger generation of shredders coming through.

The run up to cookie jam is hectic, exciting & tiring but somewhat a triumph to stand back and see what people will throw down on the ramps that brought us all together again for yet another memorable jam.

Want a proper jam, cookie jam is the one.. see you next year.. RIP Jamie Bruce“

Harry Mills Wakley

“Wow what a weekend. It’s hard to put into words how much of an epic weekend it is.

The core group put 65 hours of graft in over 4 days to make the event as good as it is. Every year we scratch our heads on how to beat the previous years build and some how we pull it off & it’s so rad to see everyone shredding on the Saturday and putting a show on for everyone.

I think what puts the Cookie jam in a class of its own is how much it unites everyone and showcases all the locals talents from the physical riding, building the ramps, event organising, media coverage and the willingness of small local independent businesses wanting to support something truly special.

If you haven’t managed to get to it yet, please don’t sleep on it anymore and put in your calendar for 2026, you won’t be disappointed!!”
