My meeting up with Joe usually follows a certain format. This is no bad thing, it’s a proven formula for good times.  Drive to a spot, we both ride for a while and mess about finding lines, then I put the camera down and shoot photos of Joe roasting. He makes things look damn good so we always come away with a few shots we’re both happy with. After that, the standard procedure is to grab a few beers and go to a chip shop, usually by the sea. Ideal!
