Wethepeople Ovoid
For years Wethepeople have been making low-slung, tucked away frames that look fast just standing still – but for 2007, they wanted to make something a bit different and add something new to the range; something that is also fundamentally taller. The toptube has gone up, along with the bottom bracket, making what they term a ‘European street bike’. Details include oval top and downtubes (for dent resistant purposes, not for 1986 aerodynamic reasons), 11.8 inch tall bottom bracket, and the option of a brakeless version – this is a street bike after all, and big skids are not street. Choose from three toptube lengths, short back end, and ltd edition colours.
