Failure Wessell
This is probably one of the few items that Nate Wessell hasn’t built by his own workman’s hands – Nate’s craftsmanship can be seen all over the best made ramps in the business, from the X Games to the Seventies ramps to the T1 ramp to Ryan Nyquist’s Unit to the Backyard Jam courses; Nate makes some amazing constructions, and he’s not half bad at riding a bike either. And now he’s riding for Failure he has a new signature model – the high quality and extremely well built Wessell frame comes in either 21 or 20.25 inch toptube, with a 14 inch back end, heat-treated integrated headtube and Spanish BB, brake lugs on the seatstays, and very interesting gussets – with custom skull-shaped plates on the top and downtube, along with a plate on the seatstays that is stamped with ‘A Muerte’, and the chainstay bridge is shaped with a bottle opener. That’s practical.
