Diversion six
Diversion 6 documents the riding scene in Asia, the struggle the riders face with compulsory national service, humidity, security guards kicking riders out of dope spots, it’s all on here, and it goes without saying that the riding level is amazing, particularly in the Singapore and Japan sections. But what struck me about this issue was the positive attitude that the riders and their culture had towards flatland and the effort they put in to get the scene thriving and together. Diversion strikes a different and welcome note to the flatland scene and has the potential to showcase the beauties of flatland riding to a much wider worldwide audience.
