Adrenaline Alley is after a committed and passionate person educated to A-Level standard or above to 'spearhead' their events and competition programme. Are you looking for a new, unique and challenging role within the sports industry? Are you passionate about sport, with the drive and leadership ability to play a key role in the development of a unique sports facility with an exciting future on the horizon?
Adrenaline Alley is looking for a committed and passionate individual to lead the expansion of its events programme, delivering a range of local, regional, national and international opportunities. You will spearhead our events and competition programme, working alongside pro riders and operations managers to enable smooth running of the facility during competitions and events. You will also work within the local community to build on relationships with our key partners, aiming to increase participation at the facility amongst key priority groups.
You will need:
To be educated to ‘A’ Level standard or vocational equivalent with experience of event management, ideally within the sport or active recreation sector.
Sports development experience at the participation level.
An ability to lead key areas of work and work proactively on your own initiative.
An ability to work within a staff team and alongside our board of directors.
A flexible approach to work and an ability to inspire just about anybody, from the local community to our key stakeholders!
