The New Standard

Standard Byke Co just dropped a lot of new products, and we have the sneak preview of their new range. What's more, their first team video in years is done and is about to be released this summer. Standard chief Rick Moliterno is also bringing manufacturing in-house, to increase product control and quality, and to also bring out new stuff quicker. So, what of the new video? Here's what video producer, and part-time Ride UK contributor, Harry Delprete had to say about the video today, which is called Stronger Than All: "Rick pretty much let me do what I wanted, I did do most of the filming, and did all the logging, edit, and music. Stronger Than All is a team video that runs around 35 minutes. The bonus is made up of 16 rider sections that the riders picked their own music for. And for the video we did something a little different for the credits - we wrote our own rap song with all the riders shout outs. You will just have to see it…"

We will: with full parts from each rider, the UK team edit, this video will be well worth checking out. For more about one of their UK riders, check out the August issue of the magazine for an interview with Anthony Pearson, where you will read such gems as: "Out of nowhere comes Barry in his pants, stands on the sink the opposite side of the room, and dives in headfirst..." Standard legend Rob Ridge is also in the August issue running a Textbook how-to on over-toothpicks on spines (fire is optional). Check out the new mag, out now...
