This topic is getting a bump... Not sure how much influence these petitions have but I'd rather sign it and hope than not. It's helping Harrow so give it a try... South Bank has been around for longer than most of us. It''s a great meet up spot in the capital and one of the few public places that hasn't been shut down... So.
