Rom Skatepark Halloween Jam

Ian from Rom runs the show...

A true legend of a place if ever the word needed definition, Rom Skatepark has been there for over 25 years, stubborn and proud, just like its owners and users alike. You gotta love the place. They had a Halloween Jam last night, and I was actually pretty amazed by the heavy turn-out there. There was a good turn-out of both fancily dressed and badly dressed in general. Busy night with plenty of fireworks, concrete, BMX and Pot Noodle. Everyone seemed to enjoy the night and rolled on as long as possible, until finally the hallowed mist rolled in and put a slow end to the havoc around 10pm. A winter evening jam - let the games begin! Oh yeah, there are more pics on the Bicycle Union Website if you want a look…

Billy flatted over the Rom hips, and was then mugged by girls on cameraphones;

St. George made an appearance during the night's festivities...

Jimmy, one hand one foot flattie. This is what Rom's all about...
