Mosh Videos Online

Mosh Parts have some damn fine creative people working for their brand, and it shows when you click over their website, look at the online offerings, and watch their excellent web videos. Well, they have a series of web videos coming up, and here's what Mike Ardelean had to say about it: "Just wanted to let you know that the newest Mosh video will be dropped in five parts, one section on the first of every month from now until the end of 2007. The first section will be on www.moshparts.com on August 1st and will feature Ian Schwartz, Jackson Ratima, and I’ll have some stuff in there too. After that, riders in each upcoming section are TBA..." Their San Francisco edit, which is on there now, is bloody good: here's what our man Rhys said about it in issue 105:

www.mosh-parts.com – San Francisco

"This is my favourite web-edit for a while and it is the Mosh web-edit from a trip to San Francisco. It just struck me how right and balanced, how well equilibrium between the style of filming/editing and soundtrack was reached. The riding is simple and stylish, but filmed differently. Moving shots, hard to get right, and risky because occasionally the rider gets the trick and the filmer misses it, but when a clip is caught, it is so worth all the aching camera holding arms in the world. This edit is mostly runs, with street, yet it is strangely refreshing to see some park riding. I think one of Ian Schwartz’s runs sums up this video for me. He cruises, little back pedal feeble to 180, carve fakie along the ‘sidewalk’ and around a corner to pop a sweet half-cab bars. An inspiring little edit, which, thank god, Rich Hirsch made for you to see when you want for free." —Rhys
