Broken Again…

This is my first entry.. I've been trying for a while, but my password wasnt working.
Injuries suck, and its times like this when I realize that I am not a patient person. I am also reminded that I have a short temper and I need my bike to make cope with the outside world. I am a royal pain in the ass when I can't ride my bike.
I seperated and broke my wrist at the cement park in Charlotte a few weeks ago. A three inch long split right up the middle of the radius, the inner forearm bone, and pulled the wrist away about a half inch.. wahooo... i did a good job. I went in for what should have been a minor operation, and all short of shit broke loose once the gas kicked in and I fell asleep on the table.. I woke up to a team of doctors freaking out, nervous, and thankfull I finally woke up. As the doc. said, "your blood pressure dropped like a rock in the swimming pool". I had a reaction from the medication that I was taking before the operation, the meds from that morning at the hospital, and the gas. I almost kicked the bucked, just to get some damn pins and an external fixator. lol...
So that leaves me with no pins and another cast, and as i'm sure everyone knows, casts suck. I has been about five weeks since I blew this thing up, and i have about 7 left.. Im pissed.. The weather has been awesome, friends have been rolling through town, my bike has a new paintjob and looks awesome, and all I want to do is ride...
I cant, so in the meantime, to try to stay sane, I have been working on some new shoe designs for SCG. If all goes well, I will have two new models at the booth at interbike for all to see. Maybe one day, I will learn something about marketing and web design, but im the meantime, I have the same focus that I have always had. I am focused on improving the shoes and softgoods available from SCG. Just like with riding, its about constant progression...
I guess this is enough for now, but i'll be back soon,
