In an attempt to keep myself from forgetting the fun and wild times from the past several years I have spent involved within the BMX world, I am going to use this forum to tell stories from the past, and present, and showcase some of the more obscure moments behind the scenes. I dont know how to upload pics on this sucker yet, and i havent had enough coffee to start writing any stories yet, but i will tell you about a good story... totally unrelated to bmx- I was riding my bike, and stopped to get a slice of pizza at this pizza shop with outdoor seating basically on the sidewalk. People had left pizza crust scraps on the ground, and grease drippings were scattered about as well. I forget who I was with, but while sitting there, a blind fellow, with a seeing eye dog comes strolling through. Seeing eye dogs are trained pretty seriously, but dogs by nature don't give a fuck about anything if there is food to be eaten. Given that statement, and considering the dog is the blind guys guide, his journey to wherever, came to a halt in front of me, as I sat there eating a pizza, and talking shop with my buddies. The dog just started sniffing the ground, and scarfing up any scraps. The Blind guy became frantic, not knowing if there was something wrong. He looked to left, and upward, like stevie wonder might, when singing on the piano, and just shouts "Omygod, Is everything OK? Did he Crap?"
reffering to the dog getting distracted. It was pretty funny. I thought.
