Cameron's favorite pastime, besides riding and building trails, is making "swaths". Inspired by Derrick Girard, Cam throws together about 10 different veggies (potatoes, carrots, peppers, etc), oil, and spices and wraps them meticulously in a multi layered foil wrap. It's quite an art form. It is then placed on a grill, and cooked for about 40 minutes or so on each side, give or take what Cameron's internal timer determines. Here it sits roasting about an hour in.
The Swath has done its time, and Cam is checking the results.
